Question about the VIP card -- It says that the VIP card is only good for the 2015 season. Does this mean that the dollar amount on the card does not extend past 2015 if the buyer decides not to attend (with advance notice to STT of course) all of the scheduled STT events? The other Loyalty card descriptions say they never expire so I just wanted clarification... Thanks!
Ski I read that BUT the VIP card says it's good for 2015 only? I'm sure T or Crystal could clarify it though.
Sorry for the confusion. Yes... the VIP card is a bit different than the other loyalty cards. It is ONLY good for one season... but it's an open pass for the whole season. I don't expect too many will be interested in it, but I also know we have a few, extra-addicted customers that this could appeal to. t
Awesome!! So are you going to come up and ride CCW with us? I'll bring whatever Canadian beer you want.
I just got my loyalty card. Thank you much for the great deals.! I have one more question: Can I combine "leftover loyalty cash" with credit card for purchasing a track day? Let's say I have a $500 loyalty card, and already bought two track days @ $200 per track day. I have $100 left on my card but I want to buy another track day @ $200 with my loyalty card and credit card. Can I combine and pay remaining balance with credit card? Thanks!!
The email blast with the BF deals mentioned discounted gift cards from 10 to 20%, but I don't see the option for that anywhere on the site. Am I just missing that or does that option become active this weekend or Monday?
I would expect the gift cards/certificates to be different than the loyalty cards, but maybe my expectations are wrong. Also, are the loyalty card prices the same as always, just opened up to non-members at the moment?
You're correct - a non-member (say a family member of a rider, etc.) Can order a gift certificate from the site or by calling in. It's meant to be a gift, from one person, to another. The cost of the gift certificate is the same as the face value of the certificate (ie - not discounted). The loyalty cards are meant to be purchased by a rider or member, to be used for themselves, as a way to save a bit of money. The loyalty cards are always discounted, but for this weekend (until Monday night) they are discounted more, and also available to non-members. So if you purchase a $5000 Loyalty card (right now for $4000 - normally $4250) you get a card that's worth $5000 of track time, to use when and where you see fit. t
Gift certificates are here http://www.sportbiketracktime.com/giftcert.php It would likely be cheaper to buy yourself a bigger loyalty card and then buy track time for your friend. The second question. I believe the loyalty cards are discounted more than normal right now for the Black Friday to cyber Monday sale.
