Want to Buy 600-750 dedicated track bike

I'm looking to buy a dedicated track bike - a Japanese 600 to 750 bike.

I would like to find a well maintained, turn-key bike suitable to getting me from I group to A group, and to eventually get into some novice WERA races.

as for my price range, maybe $3k to $7k. I think that range should buy me a bike i can go from I group to A group and novice WERA eventually (assuming my abilities get me there). I don't work on bikes much, so i want well maintained bike from an owner that takes care of his/her gear. thanks!

 

You should be able to get a pretty good bike with that range.
