    Hi,
I will be attending Little Tally this year for my first track day ever - any advice is welcome!
Do most people camp at the track the night before? Essentials lists???

There's a recent thread with people giving their input. You bring as much as you want or need.

I did my first few days with nothing but myself, the bike, and some water. My first year, I did single days once every few months and it was enough. Then the next year I did something like 12 weekends. Every weekend I found something to add to the list of track day stuff and now I've pretty have everything I felt that I needed to be comfortable. Until that new thing pops up. Started to gather up camping equipment, chairs, canopy, table, fans, tools, power cord, spare parts, a faster bike, spare tires, generator, tire warmers, a rug, etc. I manage to keep all that in the bed of the truck. It's getting to be a tight squeeze and a now a trailer is next on the list.

Just bring your bike, gear, case of water and a couple Gatorade, salty snack or 2, and a open mind that's ready to learn! Oh and a smile! but don't worry about the smile as we will put one on your face by the end of the day!

I would highly suggest camping out at the track in you have the means. Some of the best parts of a trackday, especially the Ladies First trackday will be the time spent hanging out at night, all together, sharing experiences and stories!

Other than that bring a bike, gear, favorite hydration beverage, maybe some petro and a huge smile... That is about all you HAVE to have. We can help with the rest. Do not be afraid to ask one of the coaches if you need anything or have any questions. The only dumb question is why didn't you ask more questions....

Make friends, come prepared so you wont feel rushed and just breathe and take it all in. You are about to have the best time of your life.

I cannot stress enough to come ask any little question you may have, as many as you can think of, as many times as you want to ask.
