South Louisiana is experiencing a lot I found flooding. Although I have not heard about it flooding that here South. I'm in northwest Louisiana.
Most of it was contained to the Baton Rouge area as far as I know. The track should be okay, but getting to it right now is going to be an issue. That should clear by next month.
I live 10 minutes from the track. It is not flooded. It didn't flood during the recent flooding about 70-80 miles north of us around the Baton Rouge area. All major roadways and interstates are open at this point. There shouldn't be any issue at, or getting to the track.
There is a local bike shop, TTRNO, that maintains a garage at NOLA. They can do tires and pretty much any service on site. https://ttrno.com/pages/speed-shop
The guys in the first garage in the 2nd building just past pit out? Cool. They helped me out last year.
So I noticed yesterday on NOLA website that they do a thing called Wide Open Wednesday from 2-6 pm where riders on bikes under 450cc can run on the go cart track for $60. That seems like it would be a blast!
I haven't been able to make one of those yet, but I'll be taking the 300 out there as soon as I can. I can't wait!
