ACC north

Looks like they paved more of the north course!
Bumps entering turn 1 might be gone and out of 8-9 might be better.

Can't wait.

 

Man I hope you are right. Coming out of 9 was getting to be a really crappy feeling, just thinking oh crap please hold! 2 more weeks to go, cant wait.

 

CCS just finished their races there. I'm always prowling youtube for new vids.





There were some nasty crashes from the water seeping up through the pavement. Videos are getting so good you can see the cracks and the wet patches where people are falling going into Turn 5 almost right on the racing line. Noticed one of the riders in the above videos was turning in late into 5 all the time.

Thanks for posting up, that repaved area looks great. I agree on the weeping, I got caught out there a couple years ago, rest of track was bone dry and I didnt really dial into the weeping as I was so happy the rain came the day before we rode! 2 laps in and I am sliding in the grass feeling like an idiot.

 

I crashed in the rain on the warm up lap once into 8... dumba$$

 

Yes, there is a big bump in turn 5. That is probably what caused that rider to go down. I had to go in wide to avoid it.

 

Oil on track last year. Water spots this year.

 

I've come to expect water spots. That oil sucked though.
