Hey Eric, sorry I missed the last couple sessions at Barber this weekend. The countershaft sprocket nut backed out and ended up causing the cover to be split in half. Already got it fixed but I sure was bummed to miss the last few sessions. So how do you feel now that you've had a chance to ride the bike a little more with the new suspension?
Ahh okay! Yeah I definitely remember you being quick out there. I'm not planning for Nola or CMP. But I will definitely be back at Barber in August. :rawk: I look forward to riding with you man!
Hi! Yup, I was at Barber in novice groups 6 and 8. I had so much fun out there, was definitely worth the trip. Were you in the black Dianese suit? Maybe will see you again out there this season.
yeah my suspension is still stock, for now. I am trying to decide if I want to spend the money to upgrade the stock internals or go with ohlins. Money being the biggest factor in my decision. Kenny did tell me that I would benefit from upgrading the internals but no where near ohlins. I know that is what I will need to do if I want to really start to improve. But I think the next step for me is a race school. I do want to enter some WERA races next year.
No not really. Actually the opposite. I feel like on mine that I could just keep leaning and it would hold. When I was at tally at one of my first couple track days one of the CRs told me that if I didn't get off the bike I would because I was leaning the bike too much. But I didn't feel like I was on the edge. At RA last month I Kenny from supebike suspension set up my bike and man what a difference.
