Back protector

Will this back protector work in Intermediate or Advance? It states that (Soft back pads sewn into suits are not enough). I have an Alpinestars suit.

Yes, that back protector is acceptable. The cheap foam pads built into some suits and jackets are what is not acceptable. I use the Nucleon myself and I prefer it over other types that I've tried.

 

I looked at that one, decided to go with straps to keep it in place.

Consider a chest protector as well.....
