Images, avatars, thank yous should work again

After we updated the php version on the server, some of the functionality was no longer there and y'all like this vbulletin version so it stayed the old.

The error on thank you, avatars and image attachments should work again.

updated last night tapatalk plugin as well

i'll check on their site if they have a bug.

i uninstalled tapatalk myself, it became too crappy. sad, it was a nice app at first.

They emailed me another version and this one works on Android! don't have a fruit phone to test, sorry
