08 kawasaki ninja 250 track upgrades

    just purchased a kawasaki ninja 250 for track use,
    being 6"4 and 220 with gear on.
    would like to upgrade the rear and front suspension.
    any advise?

    check out adding a GSXR rear shock. It takes minor tweaks but will fit and will allow for better corner speed.
