The old guy, Street Triple "RS" (threw Ohlins and Brembos on it): The new guy: And ol' faithful the 250: I'm hoping to sell either the Striple or the 250 sometime soon, since I'm out of space on my trailer! I can't wait to get the H2 on the track to open it up though (and then get passed in Turn One by riders that actually have talent).
Thanks! Just some powdercoating. Like I said, this bike was a disaster when I got it. EVERYTHING replaced. The sun finally came out. Was supposed to be at Grattan for a trackday today but still too cold so I just took a couple of pictures and ran back inside. Same bike out on the ice this year. If you have never ridden ice you need to!
Knolly i DESPERATELY want to see that H2, but is it weird that the only bike i really want to ride is the 250? Hopefully we'll see you out there this year at ACC. Missed you hanging out last season and trading bad jokes.
Last season was a bit weird for me, lots of life changes (moved three times last year due to work) so it was hard to really keep up on the track. I'm going to give the 250 a tune up (need to retorque and loctite all the bolts, had an almost-incident with one rattling loose) and it'll be at the track this year with the H2, so you're welcome to give her a shot!
new street steed, no Smalls, I am not bringing it to the track. yes, it is fast, NO... you cant ride it. Ski
My FastFinish 2012 GSXR. I have people all the time walk around to the front and ask where is the headlight.
Hey budday. Yeah I'm hoping to get to a few STT events this year. Just did the 1 in grattan last year and then blew the rest of my $$ on racing.
dirt/street riding for 25+ years, never once to a track. A bit nervous bringing my bike but I'll ride at my own pace and hopefully get some pointers from the STT group. Can't find any race fairings since it's a naked, not a sport bike. I'll be easily identified on 4/29 in the novice group wearing a blue rallye suit and riding exceptionally slow. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys/gals.
Zach, the coaches at STT are second to none. They'll take care of you, and just ride your own pace and you'll do great. Its so much better than street riding! Welcome to the track pipe! via Imgflip Meme Maker
Finally got the canvas's done... Big thanks to Tea and Steve @ popshadow and Tony @ TAG Signs.... The Other TL just needs bodywork...... that's it...
