From what I recall from the gentleman I bought it from, the owner before him converted it to a race bike. I can't be 100% sure though. I've put maybe a 1,000 of those on myself. The owner before me had the bike I believe 2 years also. The guy I bought the bike from was an emplyee at EBR and was extremely meticulous about maintenance and cleanliness with this bike. I've strived to do the same.
