    Gingerman Raceway is in ET (Eastern Standard Time), 1 HOUR AHEAD of Chicago Time.

    Here are some helpful track day facts for Gingerman Raceway:

    DIRECTION OF TRAVEL ON PIT ROAD IS ONE WAY ONLY.
    Anything with a motor must travel south on pit road at all times. (see map above).


    * $5 gate fee per day (please bring cash with you).
    * Gates open at 6pm on Thursday and closes at 11pm.
    * Gates reopen at 7am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and closes at 11pm (Fri-Sat) and Sunday 6pm
    * Camping is available for the weekend, see the person at the front gate.
    * Showers are available.
    * Limited electric available, you must pay the track at the gate.
    * Fuel available: 93 unleaded 100 unleaded 110 leaded.
    * Pets are allowed but MUST be on a leash at all times. Please "clean up" after your pets.
    * Concession stand open for breakfast and lunch.
    * RV dump/fill station location near Concert Corner (see map above).

    TRACK SIDE SERVICES:

    • Sportbike Tire Service (STS): To pre-order tires and pick them up track side, Contact STS @ 888.390.4020 or buy them track side. Get your Michelin swag on!! STS track side hours are: Friday (varies), Saturday 7am - 6pm, Sunday 7am - 2pm.
    • Leathers rental available! They are picked up track side at this event. Click the link below to complete the leather rental form: https://www.sportbiketracktime.com/index.php?route=stt/leatherRental
    • Apex Manufacturing offers bike services and products on virtually anything you need for your bike or yourselves. Some product may be available track side, visit the Apex truck and see Brock for details.
    • For Generator rentals, contact Brock at Apex brockstar@apexmfg.com

    REGISTRATION:
    **You must register first, before heading over to the tech inspection area. If you are riding more than one day, you only need to register and tech once. Please remember to bring your picture ID to reg-O.

    • Registration opens at 7:00am all days and closes at 8:15am for the rider's meeting, then will re-open after the rider's meeting.
    • Registration will be held inside the Tire Rack Timing Tower located on pit road. Everyone riding must register to be handed a group sticker to place on the front of your bike. Please do not place it on the tire fender, then proceed over to the tech area for inspection.

    TECH INSPECTION:
    • Tech inspection will be held on pit road, outside of the Tire Rack Timing Tower where registration was held. Please be sure to register first before heading over to the tech inspection area.
    • All Gopros (or similar cameras) that is mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the camera case to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure.
    • NO helmet mounted Gopros (or similar helmet mounted cameras) Unfortunately, they are NOT ALLOWED at all on track
    • NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event.

    Riders Meeting:

    • There is a MANDATORY rider's meeting everyday at 8:15am.
      Everyone is required to attend, including spectators if they are in the paddock.
      The riders meeting will be held outside the Tire Rack Timing Tower on pit road.
    At 9am, after the riders meeting, the Novice group reports to the classroom located inside the Tire Rack Timing Tower, on the first floor and Intermediate goes on track first.

    On track time schedule (all days): (TRACK DIRECTION: CLOCK WISE)
    **Intermediate Group 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00
    **Advanced Group 9:20, 10:20, 11:20, 12:20, 2:20, 3:20, 4:20
    **Novice Group 9:40, 10:40, 11:40, 12:40, 2:40, 3:40, 4:40
    Lunch is at 1:00PM (subject to change according to track conditions).

    **Please keep your area clean and do not leave any race gas cans or tires or any other garbage when you leave.

    Any information on the Ducati Detroit STT schedule for 6/14? Not seeing anything on this site or theirs.

    *Also WTB Intermediate slot for the weekend if anyone decides to cancel. Please reply to my post in the WTB section or pm me.*

    Hey Brad,

    The standard and usual STT schedule applies for the Ducati Detroit day, 6/14. The gates open Thursday @ 6PM to 11PM and registration, tech process and riders meeting still applies in the morning. You can visit the Ducati Detroit website for any details and purchase information.
