Question about classes

    If you are in novice, I know that is the only class that you can ride. If you are in intermediate, can you drop back and ride novice as well?

    Yes, you may register for a lower skill group but you have to adhere to that group's rules.

    And for further clarification: you would have to decide on that group for the day - no bouncing back and forth from group to group.

    Grattan and gingerman 6 feet. pretty sure thats most STT days but i don't get south often enough to be sure

    Yup same down here. 6'... you can pass both inside and outside as long as it's 6'.

    If you're capable of keeping pace at the intermediate group level then the beginner group will frustrate you. Most of the riders in the beginner group aren't that much slower but there's always about 4-5 riders in that group that only feel comfortable at an excruciatingly slow pace and you just end up cruising behind them until a straight comes. It totally ruins your rhythm.
