Nashville Under the Lights Schedule: Friday 11am - Gates Open Friday 1pm - Registration / Tech Open Friday 2:20pm - Rider's Meeting in the garages Friday 3pm - track hot with usual rotation (Int/Adv/Nov - 20min sessions) Friday 6pm - 7pm - dinner (Food truck is Tennessee Taco) Friday 7pm- track hot with usual rotation (Int/Adv/Nov - 20min sessions) Friday 11pm - track cold - you may now have a beer/cocktail Same schedule for Saturday (except gates open at 9am!) We must be out of the paddock by NOON on SUNDAY. Gates open 11:00am Friday morning and stay open til Midnight. Gates re-open Saturday at 9:00am-Midnight. Nashville is in the Central Time Zone. There is a $5 per person, per day, gate fee for Sportbike Track Time events at Nashville - BRING SOME CASH WITH YOU!!!! Camping is available and is $15/night - paid when you pay the gate fee. CASH ONLY! No electric on site except for the garages - garage rental is available for $85/night. If you rented a garage on the STT site, come to registration when you get to the track and we will get you a garage. If you didn't, but you want to rent a garage come see us, and if they are available we'll get you a garage. For the garage rental, we can do cash or card since STT is handling this for the track. We ride R*** or shine, please come prepared for Southern rain showers. If you arrive early please park where the gate guard directs you to park. I have sent signals to Thermosman to see if he is attending for suspension service. Still waiting to hear back. Sportbike Tire Service will be there with their usual awesome prices on Michelin (AND Dunlop) Tires. They will be located in the paddock on the far end of the garages. Tire service will be open Friday morning 11:00am-9:00pm to help you out. Then 9am to 9pm Saturday. We can now remove and replace your wheels for you if you do not want to get greasy. Sign-up opens 1pm - 4pm both Friday and Saturday. Please be on time. Registration will be located at one end of the garages, along with tech. Tech opens 1pm and closes 4pm each day. Please note some NEW tech rules regarding GoPro (or similar) cameras: - all Gopros mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the camera case to a point on the motorcycle. - helmet mounted Gopros are not allowed at all on track - in our novice group, Gopros are not allowed on track in the morning sessions - in the afternoon sessions they are fine as long as the above rules are followed. Mandatory riders meeting 2:20pm Friday and Saturday. Intermediate riders are first on track at 3pm. No showers on site (sorry!!!). No fuel avaiable on site. Please keep your area clean and do not leave any race gas cans or tires when you leave. We must be out of the paddock by NOON on Sunday! Any questions, please post up here.
