Any word about repairs at Road America? All the major lefts were in pretty sad shape this year. (5, 6 and 8) I heard a rumor that they might do some repairs but nothing confirmed. Was hoping it would be a full corner replacement rather than a another patch job.
OK, that's just about enough of the "Gingerman Repave" talk. I've heard this for far too long, and I'll believe it when I see it. (FWIW I like the track and despite the additional bumps have no problems with the surface. A repave would be gravy.) Maybe if we got the Blackhawk folks to move barriers like the NCM folks are doing we'd get somewhere! Oh, and Pittsburgh, please. WERA has two dates there, we need to go. -T
Any chance/hope of Putnam being repaved? Love that track, but boy, it's as bumpy as the surface of mars!
Putnam bumpy? I think it's the smoothest track I ride. Road America and Blackhawk have more bumps, and both Autobahn tracks are so choppy that I have no interest in riding there anymore.
Is there any chance nashville is open this year? I read where they delayed closing the sale but have not heard anything else.
I have never seen tires come off of a track looking as smooth as they did at NCM. Such an amazing track.
