We are selling our toy hauler. It is a 2017 Jayco Octane 222 Superlight (JD Power RV Value) that was purchased new in 2018. Asking $17,500; original list value was $30,547. Unit is located near Grand Rapids, Michigan. Everything works and is functional. It is currently winterized and has been stored indoors during the winter. There are a couple minor cosmetic repairs that will be made once I pull it out of storage, or we can negotiate the price and you can sort them out. A dirt bike fell over and damaged a wall panel and the floor in the back and one of the side skirts (driver side) is damaged and should be replaced; none are significant. There are no leaks. The way it is currently set up, it will haul 3 bikes plus generator and gear and can be towed by a 1500. There is a bed in the front and stacked couches and a bed in the read. In total, there are three separate beds.
