Thanks to STT and Barber for keeping us safe and cutting the track day on 10/9 before the storm came. We were quite disappointed that the storm eliminated our track time. The trip from WI was long, but we did get to visit the museum, browse the swap meet, visit the participating vendors and see some vintage bike racing. The track looks like a lot of fun, and I hope to free up some time once again to make the trip down and turn a tire on it. Total of 26 hours in the truck with my Dad, so not all bad. I do hope we can return before he decides to hang the leathers up. If this track is in your backyard, be thankful and ride it!
Sorry you didn't get to experience a day at Barber on the track....it's quite the experience. Hopefully you and your dad can make it back down in the near future, it's a memory you will smile about four years to come.
