Anyone recommend some local (or failing that, anyone) that can repair a destroyed arm zipper on a set of leathers? I was able to duct-tape the arm closed at my last track day, but would like to restore the ability to take off/put on my leathers arbitrarily.

My leathers go to barnacle Bills and have been for many many years. Even though they are not local they are worth the price of shipping.

Have him do a cleaning while there (at Bill's).. Your leathers will thank you.
Don't know if STT does cleaning, have heard good things about there repair services.

Dan from sport bike leather service does the best work. cleaning conditioning and repairs are seconded to none.
I had a set of my wifes leather destroyed.
I will never use anyone but Dan you can't even tell he has worked on 95% of the stuff he repairs.
he is in Michigan just outside of ann arbor. stripper your liner pads and knee pucks will save you some money on the repair and shipping

I would recommend Dan at Sportbike leather Service. Just got mine cleaned, patched and repaired the color. Cost about $12.00 to send them FedEx ground from Chicago area. He does exceptional work.

Just got my suit back from Dan at sportbike leather service. I fell off twice this season had him repair and clean condition it. if it weren't for the scrapes on the plastic shoulder sliders there no way you would know I was down. Suit looks new and it's 3 years old

Dan is the man! I cannot speak for barnacle bill, as I have only used Dan, but I've never heard a bad thing one from either of them. I've been to Dan's shop personally as I used to be local to him, and he is a very professional, and down to earth dude. his work is quality and he as a person is also deserving of your business! You know that triangle thing that says speed, quality, price, and you can only pick two? Somehow, Dan allows you to pick all three.

I'd recommend this to my cousin, Kyle. Thanks, everyone!
