For sale is my trusty Harbor Freight open trailer. This trailer was originally built by Alex K., a long-time STT member and mechanical engineer. This is probably the best Harbor Freight trailer out there, and includes a few additional upgrades that I had installed.

The trailer was professionally maintained by Sub Trailer service in Villa Park, IL. This is a commercially focused shop, and they have kept the trailer in top shape.

On to the good stuff, a few of the top upgrades include:

    • Diamond plate decking front to back
    • Pitbull stand holders that secure front and rear bike stands to the trailer
    • 4 rows of eTrac that run the length of the trailer
    • High speed tires and wheels, along with a full size spare (way better than the stock HF wheels)
    • Upgraded axle (again, far better than stock, makes the trailer steady as a rock and basically silent)
    • Pitbull TRS plate (included with the trailer)
    • Large, waterproof front storage and tool box
    • Front wheel so the trailer is level, on or off the hitch
    • Stabilizer struts for the rear, so you can load and unload the bike regardless if it is attached to the tow vehicle
    • Wiring harnesses professionally installed and protected from the weather
    • All the lights work
Alex and I were able to easily get the bike, stands, generator, gas can, ramp, and EZ up tent on the trailer with room to spare. Very solid and trustworthy, it's been everywhere in the mid-west and many times to Barber and never let me down.

Light as a feather, and very easy to manage and move around. This trailer has taken me from Novice to a CCS race license, and it's time for a new owner.

Clean Illinois title and ready to go. Thanks for looking, and link with pics is here:

Links to the pic are updated, so hopefully good there.

I'm in Naperville, IL (western suburb of Chicago).

Back in its 250-hauling days (Brian made some changes and the wiring was significantly cleaned up after these photos):

It truly is a badass lightweight trailer, I'm sure the new owner will be happy with it!
