the women astars one piece is called stella julie. so, if she tried on one piece women astars suit, she tried julie already.

it would be helpful if you tell us her height and weight and we could help out.

i have the stella julie suit size 10/42 (i assume hers is size 8 ) and it fits me well. it was a bit tight at first, but it broke in within a weekend.

my dainese fits me better. i tried on the size 46 and it felt well (tight) until the sales guy made me sit on the bike. i noticed then that the suit was too short on the back and it was chocking me when sitting on the bike, so i went a size bigger and it's perfect.

i'm 5'9'' and anywhere between 145 and 160 pounds. both suits work in those sizes for this height and weight.

generally, except for femmoto suit, i had to go a size or two bigger for the suit to fit.

    hope this helps!

Well, just make sure she sits on the bike with the suit on.
if i would have ordered my suit and just tried it on, i would have put it away until the season start and THEN realized that it was too short...

if she comes to an stt event, she can try one of the femmoto suits. Monte and Bonnie have them with in different sizes.

may want to go the route of custom fit or maybe try the femmoto suit...

Heroic leathers is making some really nice stuff for girls nowadays.

I have the Teknic Viper suit. I bought it a size too big so it was long enough and had Lizzy at Lizzy Leathers take it in everywhere and actually extend the legs a bit, but you would never know..

Girls "off the rack suits" rarely seem to fit anyone (especially thinner girls) so you'll likely have to get anything altered

we got a size 40 astar for her. I told her i could get her in it. Takes a while though, but the stitching is comin out of the thighs, so we are getting a 42, should fit her fine. She is very curvy but that 40 is way to tight. Im 100% sure the astar 42 will be the perfect one withou need to alter. But thats a good idea. Ill check out heroics too. thanks.

I have the same problem with my Astars 2-piece. It feels fine just wearing it standing around, but as soon as I get on the bike and lean forward - it pulls my shoulders down.
