    Hey guys,

Past couple days I've been weighing my options and speaking with Revzilla reps to determine if I can get away with an off the rack one piece suit. I'm currently wearing a 2-piece, Dainese D1 perf jacket size 48 mated with the Delta Pro C2 perf pants size 46. The jacket's arms fit well around my forearms and biceps but there's some loose material around my belly and chest area. The pants are very tight around my thighs and waist (bruises the two sides of my hip bones after each ride very slightly). But the length is pretty good and I do like the race fit..if only the thighs were a tiny bit wider and the waist slightly wider and higher on my hips. Total of 8-10 rides each 4hrs long and I think that's as much stretch as I'm going to get.

I'm interested in the closeout Dainese Laguna Seca EVO or newer model in either 46 or 48. Been down a few times in Dainese gear and each time its held up great so they're my go to brand. Here are my measurements:

build: athletic, 5' 3" stocky little filipino

    chest 103.5
    waist 89
    hips 98
    outseam 93
    inseam 68
    height 160

My dilemma is no matter what the suit will have excess in the length section somewhere due to my height. I've also been looking into Z Leather or Vanson for a custom made suit but obviously the price will shoot up a bit. Anyone else with short problems? Thanks in advance!

I had to drop about 15lbs to fit in my Tai Chi suit. Now I have to always cut to my summer weight way before track season lol keeps me in check

there's a few options hazardous racing and pilot both off full off custom .
Or you find a suit that fits best and go to Sport bike leather service and have him alter it to make it a custom.( we did this for my wife he does great work)

Look for an Alpinestars trigger suit in the short version

You can always buy one size larger and then call Barnicle Bill. He'll tell you where to measure and then send the suit to him so it fits just right.

This. Consider the cost of an off the rack then having it altered to fit, many times its around the same price as a custom. My Syed was $1300 and I got to pic the colors and options I wanted.
