I just purchased my first set of leathers. How should I be storing them between uses? Hanger, plastic tub, suitcase?

Hang it in a dry/low humidity environment at room temp or close to it. I've even kept mine in the garage over winter, though my garage doesn't really get below 40 degrees.

My last track day was in 2016 before I had my first kid and gained 30LB. It's in a sealed plastic box with my shoes, gloves and other small tools.

Question: Do I need to condition it or something? I plan to get back on the track next year or 2021.

    Thanks,

I usually clean mine a couple times a year with some leather cleaner and then finish it off with some leather conditioner to keep it from getting dried out from all the sweat (salt) throughout the summer.
