I'm looking for tire mounts to secure my rains to the inside of a 6x12 trailer. Does anyone of suggestions on a company that makes these?

    Thanks in advance.

I wish I owned a machine shop -- lots of opportunity. Looks like I'll just be attaching some bolts inside the trailer, and hanging the tires . . . :)

I made my own. 2 fixed caster wheel brackets (remove wheels from them), a bar that fits through the bike rims axle hole and a snap clip with washers to hold the wheel against the wall. Just had to put 2 2x2's against the wall to get the rotors to keep off the wall.

Got any pictures of this? I'm trying to envision how the caster brackets hold the bar in place.

Heres a couple picstures. I used a 5/8" bar due to the sv650's 17mm axle. Also put some rubber step pads on the floor so the tires don't sit directly on wood (not shown). tire mounts2.jpg I used 2x2's to space the wheels away from the castor wheel brackets to clear the rotors. Also they will fold back when the wheels are off so you don't have to bang your shins into them. tire mounts1.jpg
