    I'm looking for a track-prepped SV650, ideally with a GSXR front end as I am 210 lbs. Would also consider a cheap 2005 or later track-prepped CBR600RR.

I am based in Chicago and am open to any location within a day's drive.

Please let me know what you have.

    Thanks!

I have an SV 650 as does a friend for sale. I can get the bike to Chicago easily. You don't need a GSXR front end because of your weight. You need the right springs. I won regional titles on my SV on a stock front end with emulator valves. I'm 265 lbs. I went from a 2003 600RR to an SV650. The SV made me a much better rider. I have SV's parts and spares of all kinds. If you're looking for an SV, let me know.

Agreed. I went from an RC51 to SV650, just had springs and cartridge emulators, and did just fine. Learned more in a year of racing that bike than in a decade of riding previous.
