Bluegrass Events and Facility Update
Dear Sportbike Track Members:
All of us at STT are looking forward to running our first laps at Bluegrass Motorsports Park. However due to construction considerations, such as top coat curing times and some design improvements which we and the track ownership agree are very positive we are putting a hold on all dates we currently have scheduled at the facility prior to our weekend of July 11 and 12 to accommodate the aforementioned items.
We are working closely with track management and they want STT members first experiences to be great so rather than continually cancelling dates we feel this is the best course of action for our members. We are offering those already signed up for these dates (June 20/21 July 1 WOW) the opportunity to keep their deposits on reserve, or we will provide a full refund.
If you have already signed up for our June weekend or the July 1st WOW date(s) at Bluegrass, please let us know if you would prefer to keep your deposit(s) on account or if you would prefer a refund by emailing Patty@sportbiketracktime.com or you may call our call center at 888-390-4020 ext 901
For everyone who signed up for an April, May, June or July 1st event... stay tuned.
We will be having a "Customer appreciation and Open House" day. This is going to be a weekday BMP open house which provides free track time (everyone will get at least an hour on track) for anyone who was registered for one of these canceled events, and your friends can bring their street bikes and ride some "spectator laps" as well. This is STT and BMP's way of saying thanks for waiting.
This will be a great time to learn the track and do a little bench racing as well. Keep an eye on the STT "General" forum for details!
We will put up reports on progress on the STT forum weekly!!!

So if I do nothing what exactly happens? Is there a deadline to request a refund?
Can whatever type of credit it is be used for Midohio days, or do I need to get a refund to go through their website?
