I'm trying to get permission from the boss to go. What are the hotel options that are close? Camping is out since well, she doesn't camp. Also, someone asked about Nashville people going, I count at least 6 or so if I can make it.

 

There is a Holiday Inn Express about 5-10 minutes away. Across the street from that is Chateu Elan if she considers Holiday Inn Express roughing it. imp:

 

I'm in for Sunday, now I just need to talk her into skipping the whole new parent meeting thing at my daughter's school and making Saturday as well.

 

If you want her to skip the stuff on Saturday, get a room at Chateau Elan and send her to the spa!

We were booked at the Marriott Courtyard then someone mentioned to my wife a spa and somehow our reservations got changed to the Chateau Elan. Oh well, a day on the track is like a day at the spa for me.
