We have some questions about the Stay and Play Day at Barber:

We are trying to figure out when we can get in with trailers to set up. We are thinking the end of a race weekend is going to be very busy with the pro teams packing up and leaving, and we assume the track will want to clean up before we are allowed in.

Does STT foresee a late entry? What time? Perhaps early entry to the upper tiers?

Does anyone have experience parking before/during the races Sunday with trailers?

    Thanks!

Trevor is sorting out some last minute details. I'm sure he will post something up as soon as everything gets ironed out.

Yup - sorting out details now. Will probably post a Facts later today.

If you're there for the race, you can drop your trailer/car in the spectator parking, so that all of your stuff is ready Sunday night.

Officially, our "gate time" is going to be 5pm Sunday.... if you want to enter any earlier Motoamerica is going to want to charge you admission for Sunday. We should be able to *slowly* start moving in the paddock Sunday around 5pm as the teams move out.

If you are on the property for the races, at 5pm on Sunday you WILL have to circle back to registration (you can leave your trailer parked in the spectator parking) to sign the waiver for our event and get an STT wristband for our event.

We're certainly going to try to make it as efficient as possible without pissing off Motoamerica and/or Barber! ;)

I will be at the race Sunday, and I purchased paddock parking, wonder if they will let me park my trailer there? That would be nice!

It's worth a try! I don't want to throw out any names here, but all I can say is that the security at the gate to the paddock will be manned by the same person that usually mans turn 12 at our STT events..... if you have your paddock parking and an STT shirt on... it MIGHT just work!!!!!

    See you this weekend!
