Yeah, it triped me out hard first time I saw it the other week. Probably made it worse that there were 2 people right above it on the bridge so it looked for real to me! Like some kids goofing off.
That's exactly what happened when I noticed it! Haha. There were people walking around right over where she was hanging and I thought somebody done crawled over and down under the bridge.
