Wile at Grattan last weekend I had the suspension guy look at my SV and he said the front end was like a pogo stick and was not safe to ride.
I told him, how could that be I had new emulators and springs installed. He said they might not have put in the emulators or one broke. Great.

So last night I took the forks apart thinking I would find something wrong. Everything was there, The emulators were in one peace, the damping rods were drilled out, not sure what oil was in there.

Any ideas on what the next steps are to make it less bouncy? Just put in heaver oil? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I didn't check is the rebound hole at the top of the damping rod. Any idea what size it needs to be?

the rebound hole is a pinhole now. I'm just going to put in some 30wt and see how it feels.

    Thanks for the help.

Here' an added twist. Whoever installed the emulators put a flat washer between the emulators and the spring. Step one get rid of washer.
