Selling my 2003 GMC Savana 3500 Extended Cargo Van. Brought it here from CA a few years ago - basically zero rust which is very rare for these. It's the 1 ton - beefier suspension, 6L motor. Has a Reese hitch. Issues are a dent I put into it backing one of my other cars up (doohhh!), some crappy GM paint that's peeling on the roof (I've already had the hood repainted and also the roof along the rain gutters), and there's a dent in the front bumper on the right side. It has the slider on the side (I prefer this as it prevents dings when opening the door in a parking lot). Rear tires are brand new (picked up a piece of steel in one and so replaced both rears). Firm on the price at $6500. Windows are manual (hand crank) - no cruise control either (true cargo van). However, the van was never used as a delivery vehicle - seats are in almost perfect shape. Can help with delivery. Let me know if you want any specific pics - hit me with a PM. Only reason I'm selling is because I picked up a Sprinter with passenger accomodations (needed more of a people hauler to make my wife happy).
That's exactly what I'm looking for! But your firm price is quite a bit more than I am looking to spend. GLWS
Hey Peter - It took me a long time to find this van (like you, I knew exactly what I was looking for and it HAD to come from a warm weather state because of wanting to get away from rust). Thanks for the bump and good luck in your search!
+1 on this being perfect. I'll be in the market for one of these in about 3 months, and I don't expect it to last!
Sold - Frist guy that actually came and looked at it bought it right away - made me promise it was his before he'd leave to go to the bank to get the cash (very happy new van owner!).
