Thanks to all who have responded to the Craigslist ad from this post. I have deleted that ad because I’m getting more questions about parting it out or if it runs and such. I wanted to “fire sale” it as a whole just to be done with it all in one sale, did post an accurate description of its current state and pointed out some of the parts alone that makes it well worth the fire sale price even if whoever bought it did so to part it out, you couldn’t loose. After spending so much time answering all the questions, I realize that I can put it back together in about the same amount of time I’ve spent responding to posts and sell it as a running and ready to ride bike or just start selling the parts off. I honestly thought this would be gone in a day or two for what I was asking for it, lol! Thanks...Paul
If you were local, I'd pick it up for $1k in a heartbeat... Really, the cheaper you post things, the bigger the cheapskates that respond... Only way you could "lose" is if the frame was somehow damaged or the engine was in such bad shape it needed a rebuild. And even then, you'd just lose out on time.
