5/5 5/6 grattan wera race weekend who's going ?

I'm in as long as it doesn't snow or something insane like that.
Only my third Wera race.

 

It will be nice to see you again out there. Its been a while since the track day at gingerman

 

Grattan is a lot of fun. Can't wait

 

Hoping to try a wera race later this season.

I'll be there with the TZ250. MW solo on Sat, F2, HWT SB and V7 HW on Sun.

New bottom end and top end so slow break procedure on Saturday practices. Hope we get more than 2.

Just registered online. All ready.

 

Your entries cover 750 and up practice (HWT SB) and 600 practice so you can get 4 sessions. Ask the guys in TECH for both stickers and tell them your situation about your break in.

But IMO your way better off to do as much of the break in as you can before you get there...

I cant wait! My first race weekend and I am going to see a lot of friends in the paddock and frenimies on the track. Will see everyone there, should be leaving no later than noon today!

 

Oh not yet! Yellow is going on there....

 

I'm in for my first race this weekend also! Smalls is my instructor for the Pro School Friday so hopefully I pick up some really good tips and techniques. I don't really know what to expect this weekend but what I do know is I'm excited. My goal is to finish shiny side up and learn a lot.

 

Aaron is an awesome instructor! All us coaches are going to need to make a friendly wager on who's first time racer take home the most trophys

 

Trophies? Ha! Only if they give them away for just showing up.

 

That was a great weekend of racing. Good to see/meet everybody Oliver, Devon, Aubrey, Andrew, Phil and the rest of the gang from SBTgear etc. Jonny thanks for letting me split that garage with you.

Rick412 I just figured out who you were. If I'm correct we were the only two riders to grid up for the Senior Superbike race in the rain. Your avatar is very fitting.

I'll see if I can get some vids edited, especially the start of the novice superbike race where the guy stalled it:fear: a couple of rows in front of me.

 

I'd like to see the stall vid I was one of the guys that had to get around that mess, if I remember right there was a lot going on. Nice rain race, I had to skip my last race due to improper planning (don't have rain tires yet). next time!

 

you and me both Louwaert - No rains meant I was not increasing my chances of crashing. Good solo 20 on saturday with the win man...

 

Yeah that was my 1 of 1 WIN in SSB Ex LOL!!! We tried to get it over with asap. Jim check my ID at the riders meeting lol.
