I scared the crap out of my 2 daughters when Rossi went down. I jumped up off the couch screaming. My wife looked at me like I was a loon. I didn't care. That was great after the last race disappointment. Great job Nicky!!!!

    Proud to be an American

Nicky; Deserves to be Champion! His handling of the incident with his team; keeping his emotions at a professional level, understanding its racing; then knowing he had to go for it. Even if Rossi did not go down, I believe he still would have gotten the job done. It is awesome to watch his professionalism and honesty.

Rossi was also a level above; offering his dialgue," Nicky is a great rider!"

It wonderful to see the top of the sport are tops themselves. SEE you. JB

I was really supprised to see Rossi go down. After the race Rossi certainly was a class act. I think those two have alot of respect for each other. Nicky did a great job this season and was very consistant. Glad to see him bring the championship back to the states. Well done #69!!!

Other than Troy's initial establishment of a completely unchallengeable lead and Rossi's crash, it was a rather boring race...

Perhaps I was expecting a lot more in terms of race action with lead changes, classic passes and drama, but no.... Troy embarrassed the field and Rossi crashed out after a poor start...

Amazing that Troy's one race gave him more leading laps than the eventual title points leader had the entire season....

    Bring on the 800's... please!!!

That race was purely epic. There is no doubting Nicky's consistency throughout the whole season... way to go Nicky!
It was great to see him on the podium at this year's Indy GP as well!

    Congrats again!
