    Hey everyone!

It's only a little more than a week away... anyone else getting excited?

I have read from time to time here that some of the folks that stay overnight, together with some of the folks that keep us safe out there, have pot-lucked after riding time previously... Anyone game for a potluck BBQ Saturday night?

I have a moderate sized gas grill in the camper, and (if I dont crash) would be willing to supply and grill up some choice burgers... say at least 20 of em'. I have paper plates and plastic ware to share, too.

How about it? anyone else in?

If so, reply with what you want to bring.

I have *limited* refrigerator space to share if you need.

How many minutes is it till Saturday Morning?

    :D

I've been counting down the days to track time for about 2 months, can't wait. It will be my first time on the track, it'll be nice not having to worry about cars or gravel and all the other stuff on the roads especially considering last weekend a guy riding with us by Starved Rock went down right in front of due to sand and gravel. Any ways I'm way to excited to get out there.

I'll be there and have stuff to cook, too. Don't know what I'll have yet, but I'm always in for a PARTY!

I'm in for Saturday at least. Looks like I shouldn't have waited till the last minute to register, Sunday is all sold out :( but then again saving some money is a good thing, at least that's what I'll tell myself.

Not sure if I can stay for food but if I can, I'll bring some brats

I'm in for Sunday. I hope the weather holds out. By the way, this is the first time on the track on my new suspension - front and rear. If I do not get it dialed in this week, would someone mind giving me a hand Sunday morning? I would appreciate it.

Lets hope it's not as cold/wet as last weekend at RA. So far, small chance of wet on both days... mid 60's

Please let my string of good luck this year continue and let it not rain at all on Saturday... for Sunday though, I'm not signed up so it can rain all it wants after 4:20pm on Saturday

It's great weather at the track TODAY! We are here working on one of the race team buildings, and I could hardly stand watching all of the cages zip around the north track.

Sunny, 72 degrees, slight wind.... just awesome.

My poor bike, sitting in the trailer, wondering why it can't be out on the track! It's going to be hard to watch another day of this while working....

    Bah... back to work!

That sounds like what I've been doing all week. I actually just finnished my bike yesterday. I know it's not street legal but since I'm heading down to Ohio tomorrow and I work midnights I drove my bike around the industrial road and parking lot really quick just to make sure everything is ok. All seems good to me. I realized that after not riding it in several months though I felt rusty as hell. It will be a rough first track day, but I'm REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!! I'm sure that I'll eventually get back into the grove of my bike. Just feels wierd right now. Later.
