    Okay,

This is getting a little out of hand... I'm doing a lot of the prep work tonight. We're looking at about 15 lbs of pork, one 7 lb. leg of lamb, 3 gallons (give or take) of baked beans and about 2 gallons of cole slaw.

I think I'm gonna have to upgrade to commercial equipment...

one new feature this year is that I've made my own bbq sauce from scratch, my own secret recipe...

    Ah hope y'all are hungry!

    Cheers,

    Chef

Awesome dinner man!!! Thank you so much for your effort.

All of you that didn't stick around missed out on something really special. That was the best meal I have ever ate at the track & the best lamb I have ever had in my life.

Lance...great meeting you guy's!!We were pitted right next to you,I had no idea this thing was going on,and we all felt kinda bad once we found out it was on the board, and didn't really know about it.I really felt worse once I found out you had roast leg of Lamb!!!!We didn't mean to be rude, and would have really enjoyed hanging out and partying with you guy's,our dilemma was,"where the hall are we going to eat"!!!Oh well,we'll just have to try again at Road America!!You guy's are doing one or two of those right??Anyway, thank's again, nice talking to you guy's and hope you enjoyed Barber.
