Hopefully Mark reads this post and will go ahead and put all three of us on the list. It's the only weekend in July I can be out on the track. My wife's birthday on July 25th might take precedent over going to the track.
Hello all. Just signed up with the forum and me and a buddy will be joining the group for our first ride with STT at the Barber 11-12. Both of us running Int. Looking forward to it. Got a few questions tho, will I need a generator for power or are there outlets in the pits and is it incredibly stupid hot? I would like to save a bit of money by camping but not if it feels like im sleeping in Iraq. Thanks for any help and again, we are looking forward to it. I hear a lot of great things about Barber.

Pits arent as bad as Road Atlanta and yes there is power along the fence lines and up top.. Its $25 to rent the box but you can share it with many others.. Ask for Heather down by the tire area Friday night to get your box.. They go pretty quick..

Yes they are.... Same prices that are on this website.. If your interested in some E-Mail mark and have them bring them for you with your name on them... We have THE Best prices on Michelins and we pretty much sold out of just about everything in the trailer at Road Atlanta this last weekend... We can mount them for you trackside for an additional $15 per wheel off the bike and $20 if you bring other tires... Tire service will be open till 9PM on Friday night and opening back up at 7AM Sat AM... Hope to meet you there... Marc
Great. I will be brining some fresh 003s with me but if they do not hold up the entire weekend I will get me a set of Michelins. Not sure what paint scheme I will have on the bike this go around but I will be on an 08 R6 and my buddy on an 07 CBR600 factory red/black. Look forward to meeting some of the coaches to learn some good lines out there.

Great! I am already looking to do the RA with you guys in Sept and maybe a few more events in the SE but am also doing some RAs and JGPs with the group I normally ride with. Just trying to spread out to more tracks and get some more seat time.
No problem, after you got your suspension tweaked, you were rocking good out there! I dont' know if I will be at Barber or not, I will be there for sure to watch at the very least, but maybe ride too.
Thanks! I'm feeling progress with STT and making sure to stay reeled in enough to stay safe at the same time. Saw two guys go down in front of me last weekend See you soon, gonna put new racetech forkspring in hopefully before then .9kg/mm. I was bottoming out after the straight at RA and it was not comfortable :shock:
