Forecast for this weekend's Barber festivities is looking pretty sweet... Sat: Sunny as hell, High 62, Low 36 Sun: Sunnier than hell, High 67, Low 42 Can't ask for more than that!
That is about average for this time of year. Of course it will be cold in the morning so be careful on the cold tires.
The temps may be average, but the Barber weekend in March 2005 was cloudy, windy, highs in the low 50's, and intermittent light rain. Steady sunshine makes all the difference.
Actually cloudy evenings with clear days is optimal. The clouds moderate the cooling at night and make the variation lower. As it is tires should be rocks in the AM
Two consecutive clear days with cloudy nights is highly unlikely, except possibly in the summer when the high temps make the significance moot. What we will have this weekend is about as good as it gets for early Spring. As for cold tires... my Chickenhawks will go a long way towards mitigating that problem.
