http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Categories.bok?category=Bell+RS-1+Helmets overall: excellent this is my 1st Bell ever; I'm comparing it to my Arai RX-Q, which I love. the Bell feels light, stable and comfortable, except when taking it off - the pads pull a lot on my ears. it did not interfere w/ear plugs, though. the shield stays down solidly even w/o locking it. tons of air flow and not loud. the tail of the chin strap attaches via a magnet; functional and cool. when Bryan fitted me last season, he put me in a medium. at the time, it felt really tight, but I trusted him and he was right. it broke in very quickly. for the money, I'd take it over the Arai when I buy another helmet.
Thanks for the review.....I've been eyeing up the RS-1 as my next purchase this spring. I'm currently wearing a Shoei RF1000. I want to try on a large & medium to check the fit. What size Arai were you wearing?
