I just spoke w/ folks at CMP. They will be giving out arm bands for those who want to camp friday night ($25 per car). However, they are not sure anyone will be available after 10:00pm to sell armbands. If they are not available, they will close the gates, and those who arrive later will have to camp outside the gates. Those who get there before 10:00pm can camp in the paddock. I also assume that once gates are closed at 10:00pm, you won't be able to get out of the paddock area, either.
