Marc & Kirk what is going to be the menu for the cook out at CMP? Who is cooking what and on what night. Need to know so everyone can bring ingredients that you two chefs will need. :getdown:
I was planning a Boil Saturday PM... So those that want to bring anything to throw in the Pot just bring something below.. I will be too busy Friday to cook anything... Sausage(Any Kind will do) Shrimp (With Peel on if possible Crawfish(Good luck finding good ones... Its been tough so far) Corn Red Potatoes Clams Mussells Or anything else you want... kirk, you dont have to cook. I just thought you had mentioned you wanted to also. If not no big deal. If so we could even do something simple like dogs and burgers on Friday night. Up to you, you're the one that can cook good not me. lol
I nominate Marc for being the best cook He made some tasty quesadillas down at Barber one time... here I was sure I wasn't going to eat it, but it was GOOD!

I know we are going to bring some dessert and if there is an item or two near the date that we need we can bring something else also.
What are catfish nuggets Kirk?? What do we need to supply for that or your jambalya? Marc: what other kind of meat do you want? Can the Clams/mussles be found in the frozen section?
