I was the first rider down on lap 3 in Intrermedite group. Talk about timing and blowing my whole day.
I left my undertail section in the back of the crash truck. was wondering if anyone still has it it waas solid red color, still in 1 piece just fell off. If so can you contact me thank you.
The reasons i went down and in the grass, i feel the need to explain some.
1 st i made a dumb descion to go to the grass when i new it was wet, as soon as i did bike tuck to the side( i think i was still on the brake some) was going way to fast for the grass maybe 40 felt like i was going 10. untill I hit the ground.
I have a 5 degree A/C seperation and in serious pain. because of the dumb ass decion i made.
Reason i went to the grass was. coolant started spraying into the inside off my windscreen, speedo and my facesheild. I did not know if it was oil or coolant at the time( all happened within seconds) I did not want to oil the track or cause anyone to fall behind me. So I put up my left arm and shook it, moved all the way to left before turn in point, braked rolled off,
thought i was going slow enough to get off to grass, (well i should of looked at my spedo and whent further to edge closeer to the corner station)
I think I did all the right things when I came to a stop, i looked ran for the barrier gave corner worker thumbs up jumped the barrier.
As for my injuries seperated a/c, ego, bike needs a new radiator and a good rider. I'm out of work for how long not sure. And can't do a lot of things with my right arm. But will make due.
A big thanks to the advance rider that brought my bike to my trailer, the two guys who loaded it up for me, the EMT's who hate me since i refused a bus ride, and to all stt staff
    Thanks
    I'll be back next year

So sorry. Sounds like you did everything possible to avoid making things worse. I've had a separated shoulder, and It's no fun at all. Heal quickly!

Sorry to hear about your get off. Hope you get your tail back.
Take your time to heal .
Don't feel like the lone ranger, I've been doing day for a few years now and late season crashing isn't rare. Cooler track temps, the feeling that, "This is the last one of the season and I want to make good", Can't say for others but these are the excuses I usually use. :D

    thanks Jeff
What lead to my rad leaking was I never put the pins in my pitbull tralier restrant and my bike feel over in the trailer 2 miles away from home. I heard it fixed it straped it down. looked and only saw some minior plastic damage w no leakes so asumed it was good to go.
But after my brother took plastics off today for me the rad got a bid dent in it and caused the cap to not be sealed. we ran it and it sprays coolant when the fan gets kicked on. which is what lead to my panic state. The fall was still all my fault.

Takes some balls to come on and admit all that. Shit happens, sounds like yours wasn't the only one. Good luck with your shoulder and finding your tail section.
