Hopefully this will become useful too many of us noobs who have not been around the track long enough to know all the custom leather manufacturers.

I'm looking to buy a one piece suite for the track and a two piece for my everyday riding. But due to a 6'3" height, 32 inside seem, 44" chest, large thighs, and weighing 210 with long arms I'm guessing a custom suit might be the way to go as a one piece, unless someone else reading this has the same measurements and have found an off the rack that worked. For the two piece, does anyone have any suggestions other than custom, maybe mixing and matching tops and bottoms?

So who do you know that provides custom suit design?

    VO2 leathers

    SYED Leathers

    Heroic Racing

    ACT Racing

    Z Leathers

    Hazardous Racing

    Pilot

    NJK Leathers

    Zooni Leathers

    Vanson Leathers

    Barnacle Bill

Thanks for your help filling this out.

I got one from Syed. Just have someone else do the measurements on you.

you should go and try on some alpinestars size 46 or 48 . i am very close to your build.

Last i herd barnacle bill wasn't building suits. his work is not the most pleasing to the eye either.

Depending on your location Sportbike leather service can alter suits as well often less than buying a custom

you did miss a few of the custom places.

Only one i know actually makes leathers in the us is njk

I am not in anyway recommending any these brands. custom suits and fitment issues are all over the internet. crappy zippers trips back to Pakistan ect.. just adding the company's you may have missed

Syed makes their custom suits in the USA

Vanson also makes custom suits in the USA

Both are as tough as nails. Not the lightest but very durable.

    Oh yeah, also Zooni leathers.

You might have already found a suit, but I squeeze into an Alpine Stars suit I got off ebay, size 48. It is a little tight in the crotch area when I stand up straight, but other then that it fits fine (not a race fit). I am 6'2", same chest size, and 218lbs.
