Uh yeah....ain't gonna happen...lol. You need to try to get off early or something. If that doesn't happen for you, I've seen some people say that they go over to the Hampton and park and sleep in their trucks. Not sure how safe that is with an open trailer though.

Gates close at 9 central. 10 your time. There's probably gonna be a ton of traffic coming from your way though as people will be coming over for the NASCAR race that weekend. Just FYI. I would try to leave a little early if you have the time built up to do so. Take a half day, go home kiss baby girl and hit the road.

Nice work! I love seeing DIY solutions to common problems. I too was worried about the plastic/bondo joint cracking. have you thought of using some type of epoxy rather then JB weld? I know the Corvette SCCA race guys use some 3m stuff and swear by it... Love the 03, and 04 zx6, you've even got my favorite color!

I trust the JB weld stuff over plastic epoxy. And I did use plastic epoxy on some of June stuff in there. Like the DZUS tabs, the front of the bottom fairing. The bondo filler areas won't crack because they are not in crucial flex areas. I just used it to fill in holes. Not secure anything. :cheer:
