I sort of gave up on bks leathers, couldn't find them at the store.

I went up to cyclegear and tried on a new set of dainese 'stripes' 1 pc. It looks similar to laguna, just a few different details and different look. I think they were asking about 1k.

The chest was rather tight, and I wasn't wearing my chest/rib prot. nor my back prot. Hard to pick up my arms as well.

It was also hard to breath, it felt like I was sort of getting picked up by my groin when I stood nearly straight up.

The guy said this was how it is supposed to fit. And he said the chest tightness will eventually loosen up. Go tight, especially with the dainese. They'll stretch?
The waist, leg, butt area feel good though. Chest/groin, very tight.

Any feedback or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Leather will stretch some but don't take their word for it - "aww, it'll be fiiiine!" (in my best sales pitch) err..., There is a process with soaking the leathers and riding or something like that, I haven't done it though, maybe others can chime in. Not being able to breath correctly would give me the willies!

I'd go back with your chest/back protector, and try the suits on while on a bike in riding position.

If you're broad chested and having trouble finding an off the rack suit, especially if you are going to clunk out enough $ for a Dainese, I'd consider a custom made suit.
