Does barber offer "garages" of any sort?

I ask because my friends and I are enrolled for sunday, but we are coming from Augusta (mark, tom from augusta triumph says hi) on saturday.

We wanted to come by, watch some riding, and check out the museum on Sat. So, I figured, if there was an option to purchase a garage where we could leave the bikes sat night safe and sound, then I would pay the fee for that.

Thanks in advance... can't wait... this will be my first barber experience.

    No garages are not available.

But it is pretty safe to leave your stuff overnight, I have left my bikes and gear overnight for the past 3 years and haven't had a problem yet at any track.

That's one thing about motorcycles I have noticed, whether it be at a track day or motocross thing, it's always been an understood thing that you can leave your car unlocked and never have issues.

So, in theory, we could try and map out a cool paddock spot and drop the trailors there for the night? I just figure they are safer there than at a hotel. I heard barber has 24hr security.

Yes.. And to back Winston up I have never heard of any thefts at Barber of anykind in the 7-8 years I have ridden there... There is always security driving around too to keep an eye on things..

The only reason you'd come back to the track and your bike NOT be there is if it was blown away. Those that were at Barber on Fri. night last June can attest to that.

I always put stuff back in my trailer and lock it but have friends that have left them on the trailer many times. In addition to security there is some people that stay in the pits. I think a thief would pray security caught them instead

    THanks for the advice guys...

... I will forward everyone's confidence in leaving our stuff to the others in my group (after all, I'd be leaving all the bikes and not just mine). BUT, it seems like a safe idea to me.

Again... thanks... and look forward to seeing you all there.

well... that's all that I needed to hear. I'll inform the group.

On that note, we were planning on coming in on sat to watch a little of the track day and check out the museum. What are the museum hours on Sat? I figured by the time we are done with that, enough people will have cleared out that we can pick a good spot to drop the trailers, etc.

Guys and gals - looks like good luck is with us for the weekend. If the weather people are anywhere close to right, we'll have a beautiful weekend at Barber. (Good thing we didn't ride yesterday or today - it's been really UGLY around Birmingham).
60 degrees and partly to mostly sunny both days - it doesn't get much better than that!!

Anyone know what sportbike suspension charges to tweak a stock suspension set up. I will be doing Tally at the end of the month and would liek to get mine set before then possibly.
