+++Facts for Gingerman Bike Night, September 15+++

Here are some helpful track day facts for Gingerman Raceway:

Gingerman Raceway is in ET (Eastern Standard Time), 1 Hour ahead of Chicago Time.

Event Details:

• Registration will be held in the garage near the track. Tech and Registration opens at 3:00PM and closes at 4:15PM for the mandatory rider's meeting. They will re-open after the rider's meeting.
• The rider's meeting is mandatory; if you miss it, you will not ride.
  
• You must bring picture ID and register before heading over to the tech inspection area; do NOT bring your motorcycle to registration
• Track goes hot at 5:00PM and runs until dusk. It is recommended to bring a clear visor.
• There will be NO Intermediate or Novice classroom sessions, we will be using our Bike Night format.
• There is a gate fee, cash or credit.
• Pets are allowed but MUST be on a leash at all times. Please "clean up" after your pets.
• Camping is available (see person at front gate for details).
• Showers are available.

Services:

• Limited electric available, you must pay the track for that.
• Fuel available: 93 unleaded 100 unleaded 110 leaded.
• 8 1/2 will be open.
• Suspension services will be provided by Nick's Suspension.
• Photography will be provided by JT with Jata Creative.

Do NOT park in the electric spots unless you have reserved electric; you will be asked to move.

Please note some NEW tech rules regarding GoPro (or similar) cameras:

• All Gopros (or similar cameras) that are mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the CAMERA CASE to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure.
• Helmet or body mounted Gopros (or similar cameras) are NOT ALLOWED at all on track.
• NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event.
