Direction of travel in the upper paddock is one-way with anything that has a motor in it. When traversing the upper paddock, keep right up hill and travel counter clockwise along the garages. Please note the coned off areas in the upper paddock is reserved for Staff. Gates open Thursday at 5pm and closes at midnight Gates reopen on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7am to midnight and on Sunday 7am to 6pm. (local time). Unfortunately a $10/day, or $15/weekend, per person gate fee for all riders/crew/guest is required for this track (please bring cash with you). Camping is available for the weekend event. Showers are available (upper paddock) Concession stand will be open in the paddock for breakfast and lunch for the weekend. Race/Pump gas is available over by the concession area, cash only. No power available, so you'll want to bring a generator if you require power. Garages (upper paddock) are available with electricity & airline hose for $40/day, $60 for 2 days, Call Sam @ (616) 691-7221 to reserve. Pets are allowed, but MUST be on a leash at all times. Please "clean up" after your pets. TRACK SIDE SERVICES: Sportbike Tire Service (STS) will be available for Saturday and Sunday (upper paddock) **Get your Michelin tire swag on! Call ahead to make an appt early. 586-707-2407 TRACK SIDE REGISTRATION: Registration opens at 7:00am (all days) and closes at 8:00am for the rider's meeting. Registration will be held inside the main white tech garage on the upper paddock. You must check-in at trackside registration if you are riding on the track. Everyone riding that has registered will be handed a group sticker that must be placed on the upper front fairing of your bike (please do not place it on the tire fender), then proceed over to the tech area for inspection. You must register first, BEFORE heading over to the tech inspection area. Please remember to bring your picture ID with you to registration. If you forget, you may be asked to retrieve it. All Gopros or similar cameras that is mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the camera case to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure. NO helmet mounted Gopros or NO similar helmet mounted cameras allowed on track NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event. They will be shot down by GRASP (Grattan Raceway Automatic Security Protection) Back protectors are required in the Intermediate and Advanced group. Riders Meeting: There is a MANDATORY rider's meeting everyday at 8:15am. Everyone that is riding on track is required to attend. The riders meeting will be held outside the tech and registration area, please be on time.
