Getting staff through first will help you expedite through the registration and tech inspection process. PPRC is in ET (Eastern Time) one hour ahead of Chicago Gates open Saturday at 7am and close at 6pm (you must be out of the paddock by 6pm) Gates open Sunday at 7am and close at 6pm (you must be out of the paddock by 6pm) You will not be allowed to access the track and set your pit up on Friday evening, however you do not have to pack up and can leave you equipment/bike/gear at the track on Saturday evening if you are staying for both days Everyone must register if you are riding on the track....If you arrive at the track after 7:40am, please park and go to registration first, before unloading or setting up your pit area. This way we can get the riders meeting started and get to track hot on time NO gate fee Camping is NOT ALLOWED at PPRC Showers are NOT available Concession stand open for lunch only NO electricity available, unless you reserved a garage bay Sportbike Tire Service (STS): To pre-order tires and pick them up track side, Contact STS @ 888.390.4020 or buy them track side. Registration will be held at GARAGE BAY# 1A. For any admin needs after 9:00am, you can find the Director at the start/finish cold pit grid just outside the Timing Tower. After you register, you will be handed a group sticker to place on the front of your bike (not on the tire fender) and head over to the tech area for inspection. If you have a garage on reserve, please go to Garage# 1A for your garage assignment number. You must pay cash for your garage. Please be sure to register first and have your sticker placed on your bike before heading over to the tech inspection area. All Gopros (or similar cameras) that is mounted on a motorcycle must have a tether from the camera case to a point on the motorcycle. It doesn't have to be pretty, it just has to be tethered and secure. NO helmet mounted Gopros (or similar helmet mounted cameras) Unfortunately, they are NOT ALLOWED at all on track NO Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or DRONES of any type allowed at this event. Riders Meeting: There is a MANDATORY rider's meeting everyday at 8:15am. Everyone is required to attend, including spectators if they are in the paddock.. The riders meeting will be held just outside garage #1A. At 9am, after the riders meeting, the Novice group reports to Garage 1A and Intermediate goes on track first.
