the price of gas at the Barber pumps is not based on the current price at the pump. its based on how much the price of gas was when the tanks were filled up by the distributor. so i would imagine the price is cheaper than on the street unless the tanks were recently filled. works both ways too. when price on the street goes down, it takes a little while for the Barber pump prices to go down. the porsche club was out there last weekend so not sure how much gas they used.
I have a new set for me (so I need to test them before I give my others out). My old chicken hawks work but need elastic on the rear and I think one LED is out but I was using them last year like that. I am probably parking in the lower tier corner furthest from the track and tower (next to the road to the helipad). As to rent there is more than a couple that offered to let me size boots so thank them and bring my warmers back in the same shape you got them. I have a Pinnacle RV with a white trailer behind it and a blue/white/black RC51. I plan on getting there Friday night and being there both days.
Looks like it will be an absolutely beautiful weekend to be on the track! As a local, I'll just say Welcome to Birmingham! Let's all ride safely.
Anyone have some good GPS info? I typed "Barber Motorsports" into my GPS and nothing came up. Anyone have an address for something right outside the front gate? Something that I could type into my GPS and get there and be able to see the entrance for the track?
