Are the Galfer superbike brake lines worth the extra $10 over the sportbike lines? Galfer says they provide extra control, even better than the Galfer sportbike lines. The superbike lines bolt directly onto the calipers without banjo bolts. Galfer says "for race use only". Are there problems with these lines for track day use? Too touchy, higher maintenance, etc.? Thanks!

Never mind. I found the answer elsewhere.

If anyone is interested, the superbike kit needs very frequent checking of the torque setting at the line/caliper joint. It is only torqued to 5-6 ft/lbs., so it has a tendency to come loose.

The advice I found is: use the basic (but still excellent) sportbike kit unless you are a serious, hardcore racer.
